The purpose of our privacy statement under the Data protection Act 2018 and the General Data  Protection Regulation, GDPR, individuals do have the right to be informed of the collection and use of  their personal data. We are mandated to explain to you how we use the information that you provide us and how we intend  to share it with others if the need arises.  o We will provide privacy policy information of our clients when we collect their personal  data from them. o All information provided to other agencies must transparent and clear.

2:1 Who We Are: We are Beam Lodge a supported living accommodation for men and women between the ages of 18-64 years old living with mental illness and complex needs. 22 Tidlock house, Erebus Drive, West Thamesmead, SE28 0DG. 

For the DATA protection legislation and this notice, we are the Data controller. We control the Data we  collect from you. Meaning we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use your personal data. We are required Under the Data protection Legislation to notify you of all information contained in this  privacy notice. Head of privacy have been nominated and is responsible for assisting with enquiries in relation to this  privacy notice or the way we treat personal data that we collect. The information we hold about you may include the following: • Your personals details such as your name and or address. • Our correspondence and communications with you  • Information provided to us by third parties such as your GP, other services you have used in the  past or still in contact with.
