BEAM Lodge services support our residents to choose an environment which they like and the lifestyle that suites them, without restriction.
Also support our residents to continue their recovery in the community in a very conducive environment. Our team supports any vulnerable residents to safeguard their rights. Our residents have the same rights and responsibilities as any other citizen, and invariably helping them to make changes in their lives. We always treat our tenants with dignity, respect and as individuals
We do help our resident to improve their activities of daily living such as washing, cleaning, and cooking. We do support our residents in taking their medications, go to depot clinics, clozapine clinics and visits to their GPs. We equally support our clients in groceries shopping and for all their daily needs. We do encourage our clients when needed in applying for jobs, further their education and acquiring skills that will help them to live an independent life.
Our residents are supported to engage in leisure activities such as going to movies, cinema, spa, sports centres and gym. We have a fortnightly getaway trip in which all residents are encouraged to participate. We do go out of our ways to source volunteering jobs for our residents who are willing to participate in a voluntary job which will improve their skills that makes them employable and live independent life in the community.
BEAM Lodge residents have a person-centred carefully developed support and care plans which is centred on their needs, risk assessment and their vulnerability. The care plan and risk assessments are reviewed and updated regularly depending on the changing needs of our residents.
We are regulated by CQC which enables us to provide a robust and well-structured safeguarding of our tenants, staff members and our environment.
Our residents have free access to wireless internet connectio. There is a communal kitchen and garden for the use of the resident of BEAM Lodge.
Breakfast and assisted lunch are provided daily for residents of BEAM Lodge. Placements in BEAM Lodge can be short or long term.
